Everton set to confirm Ronald Koeman as manager after agreeing compensation deal

Everton are set to confirm the appointment of Ronald Koeman as their new manager after agreeing a compensation deal with Southampton.

An official announcement is expected later on Wednesday, once the finer details of the Dutchman's contract have been sorted out.

Talks are taking place away from Goodison Park involving Everton's new majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri, chairman Bill Kenwright, chief executive Robert Elstone and Koeman's agent Rob Jansen.
